IAURA

The profile score, with the weights in the open

Every published profile has a 0–100 score, computed only from what is in the professional's own record. It sets the ORDER of the listings. We publish the whole criterion because, in a directory of health professionals, a closed criterion invites the suspicion that ranking is for sale.

The four pillars

Trust

40 points

CRP licence checked against the CFP public register before publication (20) · profile photo reviewed by moderation (12) · profile photo published (8).

Profile

30 points

At least 280 characters about your work (10, of which 5 from 120 on) · approaches declared (6) · audiences seen (6) · fee range published (4) · online sessions (4).

Presence

20 points

Profile updated in the last 30 days (12) or last 90 (6) · published at least 90 days ago (8). The count is made when the site is generated, not when you visit it.

Plan

10 points

Active plan (10). It is deliberately the smallest of the four: a directory where paying weighs more than being verified stops being a directory and becomes an ad.

Thirty of those points belong to everyone today: the 20 for the CRP licence, because checking the register is a precondition for publishing, and the 10 for the plan, because the platform is free at this stage. That is a floor, not a merit — and we would rather say so than fake a difference.

Levels

  • Ambassador90 to 100 points
  • Strong75 to 89 points
  • Consistent60 to 74 points
  • Building45 to 59 points
  • Starting0 to 44 points

There is no published profile yet, so we show no distribution. Once there is, the count for each level appears here, straight from the real records.

Why the score is not shown on your public profile

Because hanging “Starting” next to your name and your CRP licence, on a page indexed by Google, publishes a judgement about your work. What stays public are the badges — verified, positive facts. The score, the level and what is missing in each pillar stay in your own dashboard.

How to move up

By completing your record: writing about your work, declaring approaches and audiences, publishing your fee range and keeping the profile current. There is no paid shortcut — and while the platform is free, no shortcut at all.
